Stayce at the front desk!! She was so great!! She was kind, helpful!! And took great care of us. We stayed at the Winona hotel on our way yo FL and on our way back!! And we will stay there again!!!

Checking in at the front desk was easy and quick. The room was nicely cleaned and had Dove brand trial-sized products for us to use. That was a pleasant surprise to see! I'm used to seeing odd brands in hotel bathrooms. The buffet style breakfast was really good! There was something for everyone. The coffee was delicious as well. The hotel kitchen staff kept the food replenished and the dining area clean. The checkout time was a lenient 12 noon. That was a simple process too. Overall, great place to stay.

This hotel has been modernized and was exceptionally clean. The linen was of high-quality on the bed, and the television was brand new with an excellent picture. I believe this hotel should receive a much higher star rating.

Hotel employee was very polite and enjoyable there were 5 ppl in line when i arrived checking in at once and she got us all checked in with a smile and personalized customer service on all of us and was very efficient
